Hecla Quebec Commemorates Collaboration Agreement
Hecla Quebec marked the 5th anniversary of the Collaboration Agreement between the Conseil de la Premier Nation Abitibwinni and the Casa Berardi Mine. We commemorated this special occasion in several ways, including a guided site visit at Casa Berardi with Council members and local entrepreneurs and a community gathering, culminating in the presentation of a symbolic tree to be planted in Pikogan — a gesture of growth, continuity, and shared future. We value our continued relationship with the Abitibiwinni First Nation Council. We also recognized the fifth anniversary of Kiwetin Construction, a company founded by community members and a valued partner in our operations at Casa Berardi.
