Kari Moyes
Vice President – Chief Human Resources Officer
Kari Moyes was appointed Vice President – Chief Human Resources Officer in April 2026. Prior to joining Hecla, Ms. Moyes served as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Clearwater Paper Corporation, where she led major cultural and organizational initiatives across multiple manufacturing and converting sites. She brings more than 20 years of experience leading human resources strategy, organizational development, and workforce transformation in complex industrial environments. Ms. Moyes previously held senior HR leadership roles at Nestlé USA, Meritage Homes, PepsiCo/Pepsi Bottling Group, and Honeywell. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Michigan State University.
