Charles B. Stanley
Charles B. Stanley, was elected a director of the Company in May 2007. Mr. Stanley was the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of QEP Resources, Inc. (an independent natural gas and oil exploration and production company), from May 2010 until his retirement in January 2019. Mr. Stanley was also Chairman of QEP’s board of directors from May 2012 until his retirement in January 2019. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Questar Corporation (a U.S. natural gas-focused exploration and production, interstate pipeline and local distribution company) from March 2008 to June 2010 and also as its Executive Vice President and Director from February 2002 to June 2010.
