Jill Satre
Jill Satre was appointed to Hecla’s Board of Directors in October 2024. Ms. Satre served as the Vice President of Internal Audit & Corporate Compliance at TC Energy, a major North American energy company from March 2023 to March 2026. In her position with TC Energy, she provided strategic direction and oversight of corporate compliance programs, risk management, internal audit and internal controls over financial reporting. Prior to that, she was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) from July 2015 to February 2023 and held various leadership roles at PwC since September 2000. With her two decades of working at PwC, she brings a breadth of experience in resource extraction industries, including mining and energy. Ms. Satre holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in Alberta, Canada and is an inactive Certified Public Accountant (“CPA”) in California, U.S.
