Hecla’s operating philosophy is rooted in responsible mining. We produce minerals that are essential for our modern world in a manner that is safe, environmentally responsible, and considers the input of our stakeholders.

Our sustainability reports outline our ongoing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) efforts with our on-the-ground sustainability programs. We benchmark our ESG performance against key metrics of the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) metals and mining protocol. We also continue to do our part globally by embracing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that most closely align with our business and social investments.
